I knew from talking with Maddinah in the months leading up to her wedding it would be a unique event.   She wanted to see Ahmed before the wedding but did not want him to see her in her dress.  For a first look the groom was blindfolded and when his blindfold was removed what he seen was her in her pajamas!  It was a perfect moment that calmed each other’s nerves before the ceremony.

The warm sunshine over a blue ocean was the backdrop for Ahmed and Maddinah’s Miami Beach wedding.  Ahmed and Maddinah planning a beach wedding from the winter state of Michigan.   They started with a beachy ceremony followed by cocktail hour at the Holiday Inn Miami Beach Hotel.  The couple entered their reception in the hotel courtyard with a sparker entrance!  All of the details where perfect, she even had a vintage sofa included at her reception. The day could not have went any better!
